Chattanooga will have a fireworks show after the Lady Red Wolves home finale game against the South Georgia Tormenta FC. Gates open at 6 p.m., and the first pitch is at 7:15 p.m. Chattanooga will have a fireworks show after the Lookouts game against the Tennessee Smokies on June 30 at AT&T Field, 201 Power Alley. Be advised that some communities have multiple events, some events do not include fireworks and, while most are free to attend unless otherwise noted, some events have entrance fees for certain celebration components such as contests and tournaments.
Here's a look at celebrations and other events in Southeast Tennessee, Northwest Georgia and Northeast Alabama that are embracing the patriotic spirit of the holiday. Fourth of July festivities are set to begin this weekend, and with celebrations taking place up to the holiday Tuesday, there will be five days of opportunities to observe Independence Day in the region.
